User terms

The state of Israel, Ministry of Industry and Trade and Israel Small and Medium Enterprise Authority (hereinafter: the Authority) provide Internet information service (hereinafter: the Service) on the conditions set forth herein below.
Any individual who uses the Service will be further referred to as the User.

In accordance with the Israeli legislation and international agreements, authors’ rights belong to state of Israel. These rights cover all kinds of copyrighted materials: texts, graphics, illustrations, maps, audio and video clips, software, except for the cases when it is specifically stated that copyright is owned by another party.

The User is entitled to the “fair use” of copyrighted materials as stipulated in the copyright law. Fair use implies a limited quotation of copyrighted materials.

Referring to the source of the quote is mandatory whether the source is the Authority or another party. It is prohibited to change, distort or degrade copyrighted material in any way as well as to take any actions, which could harm the reputation of the copyright owner.
According to the copyright law, it is prohibited to use, copy or otherwise reproduce copyrighted materials without the Authority’s permission.

Responsibility.

The Service is provided as is. The Authority bears no responsibility for the compliance of the Service to user’s requirements. Moreover, the Authority bears no responsibility for possible mistakes in the content. The Authority bears no responsibility for the changes made by the User or a third party.

The User is solely responsible for the manner in which he uses the Service.

The Authority bears no responsibility for any possible harm inflicted on the User or a third party as a direct or indirect result from using the Service, including the use of the data related to companies, entrepreneurs and business proposals.

Links to external sites.

In regard to the links to external non-Israeli sites (third party sites): the Authority has no legal or business relations with the site owners unless the site explicitly states otherwise. The Authority has no rights for any content placed on third party sites.

The Authority bears no responsibility for any content placed on third party sites.
No link to a third party site should be interpreted as an indication of favor on the part of the Authority or the state towards the content of this site or its owners or the goods or services advertised on this site.

Privacy.

By entering any information related to companies, individuals or business proposals
the User gives his permission for the information to be placed on the site.
