YAZAM enables the User to
place their business proposals after verification of the latter by CPEs
in the framework of TOP. Verified business proposals will be placed at
the top of the list and they will be marked with a TOP sign. Only
verified proposals are covered by TOP.
All business proposals submitted for verification by a CPE will be
reviewed on the basis of following aspects: |

Reviewing companies: |

- credibility of basic data: accounting advisor
approval, authority documents |
|
- financial scrutiny – “red light” list, bank
limitations |
|
Reviewing
individual entrepreneurs: |
|

credibility of basic data – identity card check, diplomas and
certificates check |

Reviewing
investors: |
|
- provement
of ability (verification of investor’s potential ) |
|
Reviewing
investors: |

business
plan preparation |
|

reviewing existent business plan |
The fee
for a business proposal review is determined on the basis of the
CPE’s price list.
TOP
service fee is 120 NIS per 3 months.
